- Your outline, footage, and product list arrive by email — typically within 2 business days.
Pricing
- $15 per house — one single-family residential address.
- Measuring several houses? Add one to your cart for each address, and put the extra addresses in the notes field.
- Commercial, multi-building, HOA, and large or complex properties are priced separately and cost more than $15. Email operations@texaslightcooperative.com with the address and we'll quote it.

- Residential single-family properties only at this price.
- Have a photo of the house? Helpful but not required — email it to operations@texaslightcooperative.com with your order number after checkout. Photos help most on new construction or when trees block the roofline from above.
- If the property isn't available in our aerial imagery, we'll ask you for photos or refund you — no hassle.
- Turnaround is typically 2 business days, longer during peak season (October–December).
