Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Texas Light Cooperative online store and your purchase of products from us. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products, Pricing & Availability We sell commercial-grade holiday lighting and related supplies, often in case or bulk quantities. We make every effort to display products, specifications, and pricing accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
Orders Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or refuse any order. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when we ship your order.
Payment Payment is due at the time of purchase through our checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
Returns All sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which covers defective items, shipping damage, and manufacturer warranty claims.
Warranties & Disclaimer Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty as described on the product or in our Return & Refund Policy. Except for any such manufacturer warranty, products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for installing and using products safely and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and manufacturer instructions.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Light Cooperative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property All content on this store is owned by us or our suppliers and may not be used without permission.
Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted here.
